Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages the back office support team .
  • Responsible for:
  • Facility Management, e.g. mail, office and reception , non-IT infrastructure
  • Responsible for BCP, ISO
  • Data protection and Local security management
  • Responsible for employee insurance and maintenance
  • Monitor and manage office supplies
  • Responsible to support MD with secretarial assistance ( Schedule management , Meeting arrangement ,calendar and leave maintenance etc)
  • Organise office Layout
  • Create and Maintain office Budget
  • Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
  • Establish a historical reference for the office by outlining procedures for protection, retention, record disposal, retrieval, and staff transfers
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
  • Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures Key Responsibilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
  • Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures

  • Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
  • Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
  • Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees
