Job Vacancy: Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance (GL)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations: payments, receivables, general ledger, payroll

   

• Maintain General Ledger and correct monthly entries

   

• Enter appropriate accruals

   

• Prepare financial statements: monthly P&L and quarterly balance sheet

   

• Reconcile bank accounts and prepare BRS

   

• Prepare monthly P&L by store and see variances against budget

   

• Create financial forecasts, monitor budgets and prepare comparative reports
• Ensuring compliance with SECP file reporting rules

   

• Leading and supervising General Ledger: Outstandings, Receivables, Grants, Finance Teams

   

• Ensuring timely renewal of leases and other financial agreements

   

• Liaising with internal and external auditors and timely completion of audit observations

   

• Detailed review of general ledger balances and suggesting necessary corrections

Job Specification:

• Education: CA (Inter), ACCA, ICMA, or MBA Finance.
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Technical Skills: Strong command over GL, BRS, and financial reporting.
• Software: Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Soft Skills: Good communication and analytical skills.
