Job Responsibilities:

– Keeping tabs on office supplies, ordering stuff before we run out (because no one wants to see the last pen disappear).
– Digging up potential vendors, haggling for decent deals, and basically playing detective on supplier offers.
– Following up on orders so things land on time—and checking that what shows up isn’t junk.
– Updating all the records (who bought what, when it arrived, and how much we paid—yeah, paperwork never dies).
– Putting together reports on what we’ve spent, spotting where the money’s going, and figuring out if we’re getting ripped off.
– Watching inventory like a hawk and reordering so we don’t end up with a supply closet full of dust.

Job Specification:

– At least a Bachelor’s (bonus points for a Master’s in Supply Chain, but hey, experience matters too).
– 5-7 years doing more or less this sort of thing—don’t apply if you just Googled “supply chain.”
– Someone who can talk, wrangle suppliers, and crunch numbers without breaking a sweat.
– You gotta know your way around Excel and ERP systems (if you’re still afraid of spreadsheets, this isn’t gonna work).
