What You’ll Be Doing:

– Jump into the chaos of social media, phone calls, and WhatsApp to sort out customer complaints—yep, all of ’em.
– Answer random questions from customers. Some make sense, some… not so much.
– Help people buy stuff, get their money back, or swap things they don’t want. You know the drill.
– When things go sideways and customers get extra spicy, you’ll handle it. Fast, accurate, and without losing your cool.
– Untangle those “oh no” moments with solid problem-solving—think Sherlock Holmes, but with less tweed.
– Show the ropes to newbies or anyone who needs a hand in the support crew.
– Stick to the rules (we know, not always the most fun, but it keeps the place running).
– Chat with delivery folks and logistics peeps to keep tabs on orders and parcels. If a parcel goes AWOL, you’re on it.
– If you’ve wrangled with OMS software like Ginkgo before, huge bonus. If not, hope you’re a quick learner.
– Spot patterns in customer feedback—basically, if you keep hearing the same complaint, say something! Suggestions for improvement are gold.
