One Network Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and skilled OFC Supervisor to join its growing telecom operations in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in optical fiber cable (OFC) networks who can effectively supervise field teams, ensure quality standards, and maintain smooth network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise optical fiber cable installation, splicing, testing, and maintenance activities.

• Ensure timely identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of fiber network faults.

• Monitor field teams and contractors to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

• Maintain accurate network documentation, reports, and site records.

• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety regulations, and project timelines.

• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external vendors for seamless operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in OFC or fiber network operations.

• Strong practical knowledge of fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and fault troubleshooting.

• Excellent supervisory, coordination, and reporting skills.
