One Network is looking for a dynamic Manager Business Development to drive revenue growth, expand key accounts, and build strategic partnerships across telecom, ICT, power, and infrastructure domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with One Network’s portfolio
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet growth targets
• Lead proposals, bids, RFPs/RFQs, and technical-commercial submissions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts
• Ensure smooth handover of awarded projects to operations and project teams
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and management reports
• Represent One Network in client meetings, industry forums, and business events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline (MBA preferred)
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in telecom, ICT, power, or infrastructure sectors
• Proven track record of winning contracts and managing key accounts
• Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
