Job Accountabilities
- Demonstrates knowledge of relevant systems, processes and procedures.
- Resolve simple issues and develop procedure and seek ways to improve them.
- Maintain accurate and appropriate records; producing timely management information to the agreed levels of quality.
- Demonstrate clear adherence to principles and attend all training and development courses required to ensure a high degree of workplace knowledge of processes and systems.
- Demonstrate commitment to corporate values.
- Identify and escalate appropriate opportunities for improving business performance
- Providing broader team support as and where required taking responsibility for issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Take accountability for participating in the performance management cycle.
- Take action to improve performance on the job.

Job Qualifications
- UAE national with a Family book
- Bachelors degree in a similar field
- High level of financial service industry knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for customer service
- Good working knowledge of MS-Office
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop solutions to complex problems
