1- Operations & Customer Service Coordinator
Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Currently we are looking for an Operations & Customer Service Coordinator who will act as key contact for allocated customers and handles their end to end inquiries from managing operations to ensuring documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner according to regulations and internal procedures and solving customer complaints for his/her actions at the defined workplace, in particular for the timely, proper and complete completion of all tasks that arise, taking into account internal requirements, applicable regulations, guidelines and laws.
- Creates and confirms the transport order: to collect Export shipment at the point of origin / to ensure delivery to the end customer for Import shipment
- Prepares, controls and distributes all required Export/Import documents to carriers, freight forwarders etc. according to regulations and internal procedures
- Checks colleagues’ answers and validates the required documents
- Determines the shipping status in the Export/Import area along the transport
- Completed training as a clerk for forwarding and logistics services
- Extensive knowledge of Etihad Rail
- Very good administrative skills
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
