1- Operations Specialist
Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Description:

Currently we are looking for an Operations Specialist who will be responsible to liaise with customer service coordinator, road carriers, customs agencies for management of physical documents, complying with regulations and internal procedures ensuring that all requirements are met and take corrective actions in case of deviations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customer service coordinator, road carriers, customs agencies and warehouses to complete Handover of Cargo
• Receives, handles and transfer physical documents, complying with regulations and internal procedures ensuring that customer requirements are met; takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements
• Executes customs inspection and controlling authorities formalities as and when required
• Coordinating customs clearance and arranging container and groupage deliveries in UAE

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively under time pressure, ability to independently solve problems
• In-depth knowledge of transportation.
• Strong goal orientation and completion of assigned tasks;
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
