JOB DESCRIPTION
- Keep up with everything we sell—seriously, you gotta know the latest changes or you’ll end up recommending last year’s model (awkward).
- Jot down customer details and every weird little conversation in the CRM, because, trust me, your memory isn’t that good.
- Jump in with other teams when stuff hits the fan, so problems actually get solved instead of bounced around like a game of hot potato.
- Deal with orders, returns, and tracking—basically, make sure people don’t lose their minds waiting for their stuff or trying to send it back.
- Answer customers—phone, email, social, whatever. Keep it speedy and sound like you actually care, not like a robot reading a script.
- Listen up, actually listen, when customers vent. Show them you get it; nobody wants to feel like they’re yelling into the void.
- Handle complaints and those “let me speak to your manager” moments. Get things fixed so customers aren’t rage-tweeting about us.
- Give folks the info they need—products, bills, random questions—fast and straight-up, no runaround.
