We are hiring Assistant Manager Risk

Key Accountabilities

• Develop, coordinate, and oversee implementation of the ERM Framework in assigned entities.
• Facilitate identification, assessment & monitoring of risks at entity level.
• Monitor risk exposures against appetite and track mitigation progress.
• Prepare risk reports for entity ERM Committees and Board Audit & Risk Management Committees.
• Develop and maintain key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for continuous monitoring within assigned entities.
• Provide risk management advice, training, and awareness to risk owners and staff.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• CA Finalist / ACCA Member
• 4 – 5 years of relevant experience
• Critical Thinking & Problem-solving Skills
• Good Presentation & Communications Skills
• Ethical Judgment & Integrity
• Proficiency in MS Excel
