Accountabilities, Goals, and Outcomes
a. Buy and optimise our paid media (60% of time)
b. Manage our media across the entire lifecycle of the user journey
c. Ensure our Paid CAC is on target
d. Work with the digital analytics lead to build a reporting infrastructure (20% of time)
e. Experimentation, write and design experiments to activate new channels, creative or segments (20% of time)
Competencies
a. Accountability: have a builder’s mentality, taking and owning projects from start to completion
b. Problem solving: able to break down a problem to its root cause to better understand the task at hand
c. Optimisation: you will have obsess over the numbers, ensuring our activity is running at d. scale and as efficiency as possible
d. Curiosity and insight generation, able to translate data into actionable insights for the business
What we’re looking for
a. Expert knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Platforms
b. Hands on experience in planning and setting campaigns live across Google ads and Facebook
c. Experience working with creative agencies
d. Experience in A|B and Multivariate testing
e. 4-5 years of experience in a hands on role in agency
