Experience & Education: 10+ years of maintenance experience in the manufacturing or processing industry, preferably in packaging. Must have hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLC systems, LT/HT panels, cable trays, and industrial electrical work. Strong troubleshooting skills for high-speed machines are essential. A B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required. This role is responsible for improving machine efficiency, overseeing electrical maintenance, and managing operations in the can-making line. Key tasks include troubleshooting faults, ensuring smooth machine changeovers, training the team, and achieving maintenance targets through teamwork and problem-solving.
