Maintain all documents and filings required by DSO and other legal jurisdictions we operate
Maintain the records of the Cayman registrar for NGI and other Cayman based entities
Drafting contract templates for MENA companies
Performing legal due diligence on contracts and business agreements.
Maintaining good relationships with free zone clients and banks.
Delivering executed documents to banks for clients.
Conducting legal research.
Preparing necessary Board and other resolutions
Preparing Board minutes for NGI and other Board meetings as required
Support the contracting process with clients especially (particularly Government and Arabic contracts)
Delivering executed documents to banks for clients.
Maintain the group trademark register
Support M&A process through legal due diligence and contract support
Lead the group re-organisation and simplification exercise
Maintain he shareholder register for all companies in the group
Maintain all records relating the group ESOP programme
