Position : Learning & People Development Executive

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Leads TNA, training calendars, and L&D budget management.
• Executes and evaluates all training initiatives and trainer performance.
• Manages onboarding, leadership programs, and trainee evaluations.
• Conducts audits, spot checks, and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Assists in implementing HR and L&D policies across departments

QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Training, Human Resources Business Administration or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
