Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and treating children’s dental issues, including cavities, gum problems, and other oral health concerns
• Providing preventive dental care services, which include fluoride applications, cleaning, and regular check-ups
• Identifying early dental growth problems, correcting misaligned teeth, and supervising the progress of dental braces
• Performing minor oral surgical procedures on children and adolescents to correct dental problems such as impacted teeth

Requirements

• Degree in dentistry from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
• Valid state license to practice Pediatric Dentistry within the state of employment
• A minimum of three years’ experience as a practicing Pediatric Dentist
• Excellent dental knowledge and clinical skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High level of professionalism and ethics
• Ability to work as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills
