CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role is responsible for leading laboratory operations, ensuring accurate and efficient testing of raw materials, in-process batches, and finished goods against approved standards. This includes maintaining precise documentation, reporting deviations, driving quality improvement initiatives, conducting stability testing, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also provides support for raw material evaluation, KPI reporting, audits, NCR handling, and process improvement projects, contributing to product quality and operational excellence.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering

EXPERIENCE:

7-8 years of relevant experience in quality control, raw material testing, and compliance (preferably in the manufacturing or chemical industry).

SALARY & BENEFITS:

Salary: 150,000 – 160,000 Medical Insurance, Leave Encashment, Gratuity, Performance Incentive
