Personal Assistant Job In Dubai 2023 | Nathan & Nathan

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposal documents
  • Add and update information in Microsoft Outlook Programme including but not limited to dwp contacts categories
  • Prepare and coordinate communication for Directors
  • Manage personal and office filing systems for Directors in accordance with the SOP
  • Prepare and manage Directors schedules / calendar of events (i.e. car, driver, meetings etc.)
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for Directors
  • Co-ordinate and manage meetings and events on Directors behalf (i.e. with clients, dwp personnel, suppliers)
  • Attend, record and file minutes of meeting for Directors and Management
  • Maintain and update information (i.e. scheduling, communications etc.) in Microsoft Outlook Programmes in accordance with the SOP
  • Manage and record all off site document storage
  • Any works as the company deems fit and appropriate
  • To ensure that the Quality Management System is implemented and maintained and to evaluate where continual improvement can be made.
  • To Assist with HR matters pertaining to Directors

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor of Art or business management / general management
  • At least 5 years experience in secretarial and administration field
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Presentation software
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Typing skills in English and Local Language.
  • Good management and reporting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and co-ordination skill
  • Knowledge of document management
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Service-minded, professional, proactive and dedicated
  • High level of confidentiality
