Personal Assistant Job In Dubai 2023 | Nathan & Nathan
Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposal documents
- Add and update information in Microsoft Outlook Programme including but not limited to dwp contacts categories
- Prepare and coordinate communication for Directors
- Manage personal and office filing systems for Directors in accordance with the SOP
- Prepare and manage Directors schedules / calendar of events (i.e. car, driver, meetings etc.)
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for Directors
- Co-ordinate and manage meetings and events on Directors behalf (i.e. with clients, dwp personnel, suppliers)
- Attend, record and file minutes of meeting for Directors and Management
- Maintain and update information (i.e. scheduling, communications etc.) in Microsoft Outlook Programmes in accordance with the SOP
- Manage and record all off site document storage
- Any works as the company deems fit and appropriate
- To ensure that the Quality Management System is implemented and maintained and to evaluate where continual improvement can be made.
- To Assist with HR matters pertaining to Directors
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor of Art or business management / general management
- At least 5 years experience in secretarial and administration field
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Presentation software
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Typing skills in English and Local Language.
- Good management and reporting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and co-ordination skill
- Knowledge of document management
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Service-minded, professional, proactive and dedicated
- High level of confidentiality
