We are looking to hire a highly driven trader to buy and sell securities on the company’s behalf. The trader’s responsibilities include analyzing short-term economic trends, assessing the risks of securities, and informing the relevant departments of recent trends as well as the face value of securities. You should also be able to evaluate the performance of trading strategies to assess whether they need to be implemented.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market analysis to assess supply and demand dynamics, price fluctuations, and market trends to make trading decisions based on this analysis
• Source and procure fuel oil and gasoil from suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships to ensure a stable supply chain
• Actively seek and engage potential buyers for fuel oil and gasoil, conduct sales and marketing activities, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage risks associated with trading and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage logistics and operations for fuel oil and gasoil trading, including transportation, storage, vessel bookings, and timely delivery to customers

Requirements:

• 45 years old and below
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in trading fuel oil and gas oil products into global markets
• Must have own portfolio of active transferable relationships in the oil industry
• Immediate joiners will be prioritzied
