Key Responsibilities:

Internal Audit & Compliance:
Conduct periodic audits of financial records, operational processes, and compliance with company policies.
Carry out audits of production, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and sales functions.
Monitor and verify raw material usage, wastage controls, production efficiency, and cost allocations.
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, root causes, and corrective actions.
Maintain proper documentation of audit work papers in line with professional standards.
Collaborate with Finance, Production, HR, and Supply Chain teams for data collection and compliance checks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, (Master’s preferred).
Professional certifications (ACCA/CMA/CA/part qualified) will be an advantage.
2–3 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP B1.) and MS Office Suite.
