Job Overview:

PMRC is hiring a Manager – Islamic Business to lead and manage Islamic finance-related mortgage products, client advisory, business development, and market research activities. The role includes overseeing deal structures, documentation, investment cases, and product innovation for diverse market segments.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Education:

• MBA in Finance or Marketing

Experience:

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or Islamic finance

Skills:

• Knowledge of Islamic banking & finance principles

• Financial analysis and reporting

• Market research and business development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance / Marketing

• Relevant experience in Islamic banking or mortgage financing

Responsibilities:

• Deal with financial institutions for new business generation

• Advise clients on deal structures and documentation

• Prepare term sheets, investment cases, and disbursement procedures

• Monitor pipeline, line limits, guarantees, and disbursement MIS

• Facilitate clients in financing requirements, alliances, and project collaborations

• Innovate mortgage products for low/middle-income and microfinance markets

• Conduct market research and identify trends for business policy updates

• Lead complete transaction process and ensure compliance

• Support management in strategy, business plans, and pool management

• Represent PMRC at forums and promote its offerings
