Responsibilities-

  • Provide full administrative support to clients & intermediaries.
  • Review all documents received and enter data in the healthcare systems while ensuring a high level of accuracy within the time frame as per the agreed SLAs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance is achieved through continuous monitoring and reporting of process, procedures, and systems gaps.
  • Maintaining physical or electronic records related to medical insurance policies & maintenance requests.
  • Upload member data files to regulatory systems ensuring compliance with regulatory directives.
  • Upload PBM membership data to the partner system.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams for customer service, medical and health on track-related queries.
  • Ensuring customer, client, and broker are at the centre of day-to-day activities to meet evolving needs and expectations.
  • Carrying out translation work on policy contracts and other marketing collaterals.
  • Preparing a list of translated materials and topics, classifying them, indexing, and documenting them to facilitate reference when needed.
  • Determining the texts and materials to be translated and supervising the organization and documentation of all data and records related to translation.
  • Performing any other work related to the nature of work upon assignment, including but not limited to Pre-Inception as well as quality validation of data and documents pertaining to EB policy onboarding.
  • Ensure Full compliance with regulation and company standards for operational risk.
  • The role will act independently and autonomously in pursuit of the KPIs and strategic objectives of the function.
  • To ensure proper relationship is required to build and maintain with internal stakeholders /CHP/EB OPS and Government relations.

Skills

  • Proficiency in English & Arabic Language
  • Previous experience in a policy administration role
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Translation Jobs
  • One-year administrative experience within the healthcare insurance industry
  • MS Office – Microsoft Excel skills, including (Data Filters.
  • Data Sorting, Pivot Tables, Cell Formatting, Cell Formatting, and Data validation) are a must for this role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Customer-oriented communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Client and Customer Experience passion
