WE’RE LOOKING FOR Area Sales Manager

Location: Gujranwala

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Target achieve or exceed Weekly, Monthly and yearly.
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and other key stakeholders.
• Regularly track sales performance and report on results to senior management. Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure optimal coverage and distribution within the area.
• Travel Time 90 – 95%

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of FMCG Chemical Businesses.
• Proven success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights to improve sales performance.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
