Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all enquiries from Customers, Network and Internal stakeholders are acknowledged and answered with the best inclass rates and solutions within the required KPI’s and timelines.
- Possessing high level of data analytical skills to analyse own and department performance metrics, identify trends, patters and synthesize information objectively from the pricing dashboard to reach tangible goals or outcomes that improve the quality of bid submissions
- Utilising Continuous Improvement methodologies by deploying structured process reviews, recognising weaknesses and opportunities in the procurement and pricing process
- Strive towards a zero error, improve on an all-encompassing, comprehensive, standardised Handover process of quotations/files to respective Operations & Customer service team in place for all business awards.
