Responsibilities

• Responsible for the right implementation of the ITSM/ITOM in line with the defined High Level Design (HLD) and Lower Level Design (LLD).
• Participate in LLD creation and also review the HLD and the LLD that is getting created.
• Drive the deliverability assessment of the solution during sales cycle
• Provide technical architecture support to assist in the delivery of project artefacts to support the project delivery framework, ensuring the ITSM/ITOM solutions are designed and implemented according to the business and technical requirements
• Lead the Discover and Due Diligence and Guides technical implementation team on the approach and technical functions during the project deployment.
• The ITSM Technical Lead will be responsible for identifying and documenting the business requirements around service management, operations management, automation and hybrid cloud management needs for the customer and design a comprehensive solution to meet these requirements.

Requirement

• Management, monitoring and operations at-scale.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Technology
• ITIL V4 Managing Professional
• Any ITSM Tool Certifications
• Expertise in designing low-level, enterprise grade solution architecture
• Ability to manage estimates, tasks, escalations, risks/issues
• 10 to 15 years of experience in progressively more complex and responsible operational roles within a dynamic IT function. Knowledge and experience with Agile methodology is a must
