Description:

We specialize in the areas of audio, video, lighting, rigging, event-IT and content production, providing purchase and rental options.
Job Responsibilities:
- Constructing, negotiating, change and managing contractual T&Cs with the supply chain
- Works with project managers, project teams and business line management to identify, prequalify, negotiate and approve sources for technical
- services providers, sub-consultants, subcontractors, service providers, materials and equipment
- Monitoring supplier performance/progress, facilitating early identification and timely resolution of potential problems
- Participating as a member of the project boards and inform on procurement budgets, plans, strategies, procurement issues, opportunities for improvement
- Deliver an effective and efficient procurement function that provides value to project managers
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, standards, and supplier and subcontractor pre-qualification
- Participate with management in development and execution of procurement strategies and plans
- Assists, as required, with procurement issues and opportunities in project and client pursuits
Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Procurement and a passion to want to build a business unit to make their mark! You will also have:
- A degree in business, economics, supply chain or engineering
- 8+ years of experience in subcontracting and procurement preferably in the field of audiovisual- and lighting system integration as well as large-
- scale museum and exhibition projects with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory capacity
- Proficiency in areas of subcontracting and procurement
- Excellent English communication skills that are consistent, effective and efficient both written and oral communication
- A willingness to travel internationally as needed
- An ability to prepare and implement procurement plans, staffing plans and procedures
- Experience to conduct reviews of subcontracting documents, assess exceptions and work acceptable solutions with project managers and third-
- party sub-consultants and subcontractors
- Skills necessary to develop strategies to resolve supplier disputes/claims and the ability to work with management to resolve them
