What you will be working on:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the product from strategy, definition to execution, validation, and future iterations

- Working closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and delivered on time.

- Shaping the culture and growing the team through recruiting, mentorship, and establishing best practices
For this role you will need:
- A keen eye for design and be able to create visually appealing product designs that are both functional and user-friendly.
- Fluent in using tools like Figma or Sketch
- Ability to take ownership of projects from ideation to launch, and who is comfortable iterating based on feedback.
- Strong communication skills and be able to articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
- You stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
- You are highly creative and able to think outside the box when it comes to solving complex design challenges.
- You have a portfolio showcasing their ability to deliver high-quality, innovative designs.
- Passion for high quality UI and visual design, and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong sense of data visualization to convey key metrics and create a data-oriented narrative
