Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing productivity reports for RFR Domestic and Cross border  Operations, utilizing dashboard and analytical tools to assess, and improve performance of the business units and studying its needs, issues and risks.
- Analyzing data and make decisions that affect projects on regular basis.
- Reevaluating the departmental KPI’s and Performance Dialogues and closely monitor them
- Discussing with Ops Managers and identifying solutions to the challenges.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of RFR Product and RFR Operations in particular; Product Knowledge, Operations and Project Management in general.
- Proven track record in people management role (leadership, motivation and people skills)
- Easily capable of making well-informed decisions
