Job Description
- Develop and execute operational strategies to support company growth objectives and enhance efficiency.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including transaction processing, customer support, compliance, and risk management.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational activities with business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Prioritize opportunity areas that can be addressed given the organizational capacity and feasibility.
- Work with operations subject matter experts and use a broad range of sources to develop innovative functionalities.
- Design processes, workflows, and functional components to improve efficiencies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch products.
- Establish product delivery timelines in close collaboration with internal teams and keep stakeholders updated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in operations management within the FinTech industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial services operations, including transaction processing, customer support, CRM, compliance, and risk management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to the financial services industry.
