Job Responsibilities:

  • Create presentations that outline the features and benefits of Bayut’s products and services
  • Provide product training sessions and coach on best practices to new and existing clients on the product platforms
  • Ensure all training materials are up to date on an ongoing basis
  • Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers, replying to inbound product queries
  • Enter and track all trainings delivered including number of attendees and feedback forms
  • Create, schedule and maintain calendars inside Nova
  • Ensure timely reminders are sent out to training attendees
  • Routine follow ups with newly onboarded clients with an emphasis on product adoption, while maintaining high standards and commitment to customer service
  • Help identify key accounts that are not performing well with the aim to provide resolution and troubleshoot for seamless onboarding
  • Aid with gathering feedback towards testimonials, identifying recurring issues and addressing these with the product team
  • Gain a deep understanding of Bayut’s products and their potential impact / applications within the UAE real estate market

Job Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Arabic
  • Must be willing to support clients in Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates on a needs basis
  • Background in adult learning principles and creating learning materials based on ID principles strongly desired
  • 3-7 years of experience in the product training field
  • Instructional Design Fundamentals and Adult Learning Principles
  • Ability to engage with audiences ranging from new agents to managing directors.
  • Ability to pivot training to audience levels in real time
  • Team player, a preference for brainstorming and collaborative working situation, open and receptive to feedback and professional at all times.
