Job Responsibilities

  • It is preferable to have experience in project for digital transformation and development of government services and customer experience.
  • Preferably with experience in project management in education and educational curricula.
  • Preparing a detailed work schedule for the project in addition to action plans.
  • Project internal resource coordination and external parties and suppliers in order to ensure project progressed efficiently.
  • Forecasting the sources and resources needed to achieve project resource management efficiently.
  • Assisting in the process of identifying the scope and objectives of each project.
  • Preparing project budgets according to the scope of work.
  • Keep track of all project costs to make sure budget is met.
  • Provide the stakeholders with all the updates of the projects periodically.
  • Organizing and managing contracts with suppliers.
  • Using the best techniques and management methods throughout the entire project implementation.
  • Make the necessary administrative adjustments, as appropriate.
  • Preparing reports for the senior management department regarding project status.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time.
  • Verify availability of all necessary project resources.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of project performance by using appropriate frameworks, tools and techniques.
  • Managing public relations with customers and owners as deemed fit.
  • Risk management in order to reduce pain as much as possible that projects may be facing.
  • Prepare and maintain complete documentation describing projects.
  • Analysis of achievement of short and long-term term goals.
  • Attending meetings, conferences, and trainings.
  • Ensure that all tasks assigned to employees are efficiently and effectively done.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, charts, Graphs and maps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with atleast 8+ years of experience in educational projects.
  • The ability to prepare reports in an orderly and professional manner.
  • A good listener and communicator with a high ability to communicate and convey information orally and in writing.
  • An effective member of the work team and able to enhance confidence in his relationships with clients and team members.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • High degree of analytical thinking, demonstrating talent, Identify, examine, improve, and simplify multiple work processes.
