Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional development teams in the successful delivery of software products.
• The Project Manager and Scrum Master will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling the project, and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality software on time and within budget.
• Planning & Execution : Developing a project plan, identifying project requirements and priorities, and allocating resources
• Team Management : Providing guidance, support, and feedback, and ensuring that team members have the necessary resources to complete their work
• Risk & Issue Management : Identifying potential risks and issues that may impact the project and develops plans to mitigate them

Require

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Minimum 5 years experience with Fintech technologies
