 Responsibilities:

• Generate new Leads via phone calls, emails and face-to-face interaction. Ability to generate own leads through own contacts through own strong network base. A minimum of 30 connected calls per day is required unless in the case of atleast one fresh meeting for the day.
• Identify and evaluate properties that meet clients’ criteria, including conducting property viewings and inspections.
• To ensure company monthly set targets are met. Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow-up to convert them into closer.
• Ensuring that the Property Management process is followed in accordance with the company policies & procedures as well as in line with the UAE/RERA rental laws & guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Work experience in UAE Real Estate industry for minimum 1 year.

2. Off-plan properties expertise

3. Experience in selling luxury properties

4. Negotiation and cross-selling skills

5. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English language.

6. Highly independent, can work under pressure and dedicated toward his/her responsibilities. Effective team player.
