Job Title Assistant Manager Performance Marketing

Location: Head Office Lahore

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Manage performance marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation/sales targets.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies for better campaign results.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience groups to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the brand and content teams to develop ad creatives, copy, and landing pages aligned with performance goals.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and performance marketing tools.
• Work closely with brand and business teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4) to ensure accurate campaign attribution.
• Optimize funnels and user journeys to improve lead quality and reduce drop-offs.

Qualification and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid ads, and digital campaign optimization.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups.
• Analytical mindset with excellent skills in reporting, data interpretation, and performance forecasting.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns for EdTech, SaaS, or service industries is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver ROI-driven results.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
