Job Responsibilities:

• Strong leadership and organizations skills

• Good contacts in sourcing Sports, Luxury, and Collector cars national and international (New/Used).

• Have a clear understanding and knowledge of automobiles, and have a rich understanding of new cars, used cars and collector cars.

• Plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to the purchasing function.

• Familiar with, understand and implement the automobile procurement process, and can formulate the automobile procurement process.

• Ability to build and manage the procurement team, optimize the management mode and process.

• Control the procurement risk of the procurement department.

• Negotiate purchase price with suppliers.

• Maintain and improve relationship with internal departments that will improve the business efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a Showroom Manager Role.

• Experience working with Luxury, sports and collectors’ cars.

• The ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Excellent communication and ‘people’ skills.

• The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

• A Bachelor’s degree with good command on MS Office.
