Job Responsibilities:
- Participate as a critical member of a cross-functional team in one of our Organizational Units (like Business or Market) to deliver a new service or technology to market.
- Determines insights from analytics and create sourcing strategies that sustainably improve the value of services that support our existing businesses both in the short and long term.
- Partnering with multi-functional organizations to improve our efficiency and effectiveness at reaching P&G consumers with super communication.
- Encourage innovation from our external business partners by building a relationship with P&G and describing what P&G is looking for.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in Engineering, Business Administration, or any product supply related degree
- 1 – 3 years of working experience
- Experience in Sourcing & Negotiation (a plus)
- Strong Analytical Skills – Demonstrate ability to visualize, articulate concepts and solve problems, and apply logical thinking to analyze information and make/influence decision
