Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedules work to be executed in SAP PM,
  • Validate job plan details and provide feedback to planning as required by:
    • Ensuring the right skills are properly loaded for work volume for the period.
    • Ensuring the right parts are available for execution of the work (reserve, inspect spares from warehouse, deliver them to the designated staging area).
    • Special tools required are available for the execution of the work.
    • Coordinate permits preparation with the Permit Authorizers & Execution representative prior to the execution of the work.
    • Finalize resource loading for the work to be executed.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in a process industry environment supporting Planning and Scheduling or Execution of Maintenance/Projects or Turnarounds
