1- Quality and Training Manager
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

In that position, you will ensure the compliance of all standards and procedures of One&Only The Palm and monitor them to be in line with the One&Only standards. Furthermore, you will administer the One&Only Guest Satisfaction from distribution of surveys through to response letters to our guests and action plans for improvement areas. You will also implement action plans to follow up on quality audits. You will do this through leading, developing, conducting and implementing training initiatives and programs to maintain & enhance a quality performance culture.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree: Training/ Hospitality/ Human Resources or any other related courses
• Experience: 2 years’ experience within Training in the hotel industry
• High Computer Proficiency – MS Office
• Self-starter, innovative, creative, flexible and dynamic with strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems Administration
