1- Quality Assurance and Change Manager
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

The Quality Assurance and Change Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance and change department and direct and indirect staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization’s products and/or development processes. She will also drive Business process impact and value delivery identification and tracking as well as communication strategies and plans for EIT Transformational projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designs, implements, and improves company quality standards
• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and third party vendors
• Ensures that Quality management plans are created, updated and executed for all product deliveries (through projects or Agile PODs)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field;  Project Management Certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.  Agile (Scrum/Safe) certification.
• Solid experience in Change Management
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office
