We’re Hiring: Head of IT Governance

Raqami Islamic Digital Bank is looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead our IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function. This role will drive alignment between IT and business strategy, oversee cybersecurity and risk management, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

If you have:

• 12–15 years of IT governance/risk/audit experience (banking/financial services preferred)
• Proven leadership in IT strategy, compliance, and cybersecurity governance
• Strong knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST, and SBP regulations
• Professional certifications (CGEIT, CISA, CRISC, CISM, etc.)
