• Been wrangling IT support stuff for over 4 years—yeah, I’ve seen some things.

• Messed around with Avaya Cloud, Cisco gear, and Genesys. Not my first rodeo with any of them.

• Got a UAE driving license, so I can actually show up in person (imagine that).
