Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria.
Responsibilities:
- Find prospective clients, respond to all calls and inquiries.
- Evaluate the client’s requirements, and financial capabilities to offer the best property and/or investment.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
- Know how to assess and appraise the value of properties
- Arrange property viewings for the potential clients
- Present reasonable property offer and quotation
- Draft and complete legal documents (contracts, agreements, etc.)
- Generate and manage lists of properties
- Coordinate with the Listing Section to process the documents
Requirements:
- 2 YEARS Real Estate Experience/Investment Experience(ONLY UAE)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to attract buyers and retain tenants
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- A proven track record within customer relations and/or sales.
- To be based in Dubai.
