We are a leading real estate firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Associate to join our team. As a Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties. You will also be responsible for conducting market research and analysis, negotiating deals, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Responsibllities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties
• Negotiate deals and draft contracts
• Maintain positive relationships with clients
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
• Active real estate license id preferred
• Russian or French Language multilingual speaker
