Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
This role assists the UAE Collections Unit Head to manage the overall Charge off unsecured portfolio, including agency management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and control pre charge off portfolios and achieve Net Credit Loss Plan
- Manage a team of supervisor(s) and their respective collections agents, as well as agency manager(s), to ensure all collections activities are diligently carried out, and all processes in place are in compliance to existing company policies, as well as regulatory guidelines.
- Work in close conjunction with the Collections Unit Head and other Collections Managers on upcoming new strategies
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in Collections
- Familiarity with Collections systems (eg: CACS) and processes
- Advanced knowledge of post- (and preferably also pre-) charge off Collections
- Previously managed a team of experienced managers
