Job Requirements:
- Staff will evaluate guests’ physical condition to participate in various sport and fitness activities, sets-up and breaks down pre and post activity props and equipment and returns items to storage areas.
- Will reports any broken or malfunctioning equipment to Operations Manager and/or SVL Technician in a timely manner.
- To respond to guest complaints in a considerate, professional and positive manner by showing concern and listening actively.
- This will involve taking ownership of guest concerns, by following-up, and ensuring complaints are resolved to the guest’s satisfaction.
