Description:
Building strong relationships with the clients and the contacts within them • Expand the client contacts among HR, hiring managers, executives • Keep regular contact with the client contacts via phone, email, video call and F2F meetings • Grasp a thorough understanding of the client’s needs • Search, screen and qualify candidates for jobs • Delegate jobs across recruiters and other TRS offices for the searches •
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a recruitment role
- Client facing experience
- Experience of high-level placements or executive search
- Middle East recruitment experience
- Fluent English and strong communications skills
