Job Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute recruiting plans
– Sourcing & Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
– Organizing & coordinating interview appointments/schedules
Job Requirements:
– Must have good written & Verbal communication skills
– Must have 0 – 6 months of experience in the recruitment industry, someone who has worked at an agency would be preferable (Home country experience is also preferred)
– Bachelors Degree, preferably in HR or a related field, but not a must
