Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the achievement of retail sales plan and corporate KPI for the region
  • Delivering Best-in-class leadership and development of team
  • Builds strong collaborative relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to implement a focused strategy to drive results, in line with corporate objectives
  • Effectively manage budgets within ABH guidelines provided for freelance, and expenses

  • Manage the hiring process for your market and filling open positions in a timely manner
  • Responsible for calling out key opportunities/gaps they see in market for ABH to win

Job Requirements:

  • 5-7 years in a retail selling environment
  • 3-5 years of cosmetic retail experience in an executive role or regional manager role
  • Experience managing a 10 million + Market while driving a successful business
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach and develop others to strive for excellence
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to effectively execute and manage details
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and KPI’s
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/ effective business partnerships
  • Can provide FOCUS to the team and align them in the vision to achieve results
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Can Deliver persuasive presentations in a variety of settings including senior management level
  • Entrepreneurial mindset leading through innovation and creativity
  • Strong sense of loyalty, teamwork, and high personal integrity
