Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 30,000 per month
About the Role:
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Drive direct sales and achieve targets by promoting the developer’s portfolio of properties.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Provide expert advice to clients on real estate investments, market trends, and property options.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 3 years of experience working with a real estate developer.
- Proven track record in direct selling and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
