Repair Centre Assistant Jobs in Dubai | Al Tayer Careers
Will be responsible to manage in-house repair process for all minor vendor damages and warehouse damages for Luxury product categories, in combination with administrative tasks related to the Repair Center and data reporting to respective stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure minor vendor damages are fixed and resolved within agreed SLA
- Coordinate with Inventory team and outbound team to collate feedback on product needing minor repair & in-house fixes
- Arrange to send damage merchandise to external repair center – ATR if required.
- Coordinate with Buying and trading teams whenever required to take necessary feedback on product condition and agreed final resolution
Job Requirements
- High School Qualification, Tailoring certificate/ ITI diploma
- 2-3 years’ experience in relevant role
- Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills
